You had to see this race in order to believe it. This is a midget crew who's first time ever in a boat and with as little as 3 weeks practice from Hr. Grace over took Lady lake in the 149th. Regatta in Hr. Grace. They rowed in a combined race with another midget crew and 2 juvenile crews. Well this crew with only 3 wks practice done 6:44, that's 22 seconds ahead of the juvenile crew. everyone is very proud of them especially their sponsor: Brian and Melissa Mercer of Maxium Contracting, along with their parents, and cox: Lenny Williams.
