Autism Society receives almost $6K from Pipers

Pipers has been a major supporter of Autism Society of Newfoundland and Labrador (ASNL) for a number of years.

For ASNL’s Active for Autism Walk event, Pipers raised $5,934.00 through donations at the cash registers in just one week. All donations support delivery of programs and services to those living with ASD and their families  throughout the province.     Mental health is a major issue all over. It's about time that someone stood up to try to remove the stigma attached to it! Clara Hughes, the former Olympian is just as passionate about bringing awareness to the subject. She set out on a 12,000 km charity bike ride around Canada that will actually be making a stop in Bay Roberts tomorrow.
