The Moose Jaw Festival of Words will receive $2,500 more in funding this year but the request has spurred discussion among council members about how to decide what festivals the city should receive funding.
Christie Saas, operation manager of the Festival of Words, spoke to council Monday, requesting the $6,000 the group was to receive from the city in 2007 (the same as 2006) be increased to $8,500.
As the festival develops so does the increase in presenters' fees and other expenses such as the cost of travel, she said.

This website seems to partake in much censorship. People leave comments, comments are deleted and then comments are turned off. People are banned.

Makes the memories of Soviet Russia.

I wonder, what has this small Canada town have that they must censor?

    Heil!
