Trinity Conception RCMP says a motor vehicle slid through an intersection and landed in the Bay Roberts harbour today.

The lone male occupant was not injured and was able to exit the vehicle prior to it landing in the water.

Roads were snow-covered and slippery at the time.

The vehicle has been removed and there was no environmental damage as a result of the incident.

The RCMP is reminding the public to slow down and adjust driving to the road conditions.
