Finance Minister Jerome Kennedy will deliver the provincial Budget 2013 Tuesday, March 26, it was announced today.

Mr Kennedy is alike to the cartoon where the little dog is walking along side the large bull dog and jumping around looking for approval . Well, Jerome needs to be rapped on the snout with a rolled newspaper and put outside to pee cause he's not trained yet!

Heres an idea on how to fix our budget. Buy Mr. Kennedy for his real worth and then sell him for his own perceived worth!!! Deficit gone!!!
