Teen arrested for alleged threat against school

The RNC has arrested and charged a teenager with mischief in relation to a threat made against a St. John’s school Thursday.

According to a news release issued by the RNC Friday morning, shortly after 11 a.m. Thursday police officers responded to a report of a potential threat against the school.

As a result of the report, an 18-year-old St. John’s man has been charged with false messages and mischief. He has been held to appear in court.
