ATV operator nabbed Sunday night for impaired driving on Mount Pearl street

A 38-year-old man on an ATV was charged with impaired driving and failing the breathalyzer in Mount Pearl Sunday night.


The RNC says that, at 11:05 p.m., the man's ATV was stopped in the area of Old Placentia Road in Mount Pearl. 

The accused was also charged with operating an ATV on a highway, operating an ATV with no helmet and no insurance. 

The ATV was impounded.

The accused was released from custody to appear in provincial court at a later date.
