A legal case involving Irving Oil, the City of St. John's and the Department of Transportation and Works was called at provincial court in St. John's this morning.

The case was set over to April 3. It stems from an investigation launched after the death of one worker and the injury of two others, after an accident while they were on the job on the Outer Ring Road in St. John's on July 5, 2011.
