Junior Stars home opener

The Conception Bay North Junior Stars had a rough night in it's home opener of the new season Oct. 5 at the Bay Arena in Bay Roberts. A few hundred fans witnessed the Stars get outshot and outscored by the St. John's Capitals. The Caps beat the Junior Stars 10-0 to drop the home team's record in the young season to 0-2. The Compass was there to take in the game.

David Fullerton lost his goalie stick and was forced to use this player's stick for a short time.
