Contrary to public consciousness tickets for the 2013 Herder Memorial Trophy championship series to be played at the S.W. Moores Memorial Stadium are not sold out.
But, there are still "lots" of general admission tickets available for fans said a team official this afternoon.
Sales have been steady since tickets became available on Monday (March 11) morning at the S.W. Moores Memorial Stadium in Harbour Grace.
So far, the stadium has sold all of the 975 seats in the arena for both Friday and Saturday, and has sold some 300 general admission tickets for each game.
Doing the math, the team has more than 2,000 tickets — about 1,100 for each night — sold for both nights, not including Game 5 on March 17.
With a capacity of close to 1,800, there are still plenty of options for the senior hockey fan in the area.
The CeeBee Stars hold a two games to none series advantage over the Clarenville Caribous.
Tickets will go on sale again on Friday (March 15) morning from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and then again from 2 to 4 p.m. They will also be for sale at the box office prior to game time should tickets still be available.
