Cataracts rout Flyers, clinch first place over; Blades and Royals split
The Conception Bay North Eastlink CeeBee Stars, who secured a playoff spot in the last game of the regular season last year before going on to win the provincial championship, figure to be a team not to be overlooked again this year.
The CeeBees, using only 11 skaters, rallied for three straight goals to tie the game, and then scored twice in the shootout for a 4-3 win over the Clarenville Caribous Sunday at the Clarenville Events Centre.
