Vacant seat stirs up commotion at Spaniard’s Bay council meeting

HARBOUR GRACE, NL — A nearly week-long boil order in the town of Harbour Grace came to an end on Wednesday, July 5th.
The boil order was lifted as of 2:15 p.m., according to a post on the town of Harbour Grace’s Facebook page.
The boil water advisory came into effect on Friday, June 30th. Following some testing done on Wednesday, the water was deemed to be well within drinking water standards, which overlook both chemical and physical parameters, as well as disinfection by-product testing.
