GRANDE PRAIRIE, AB — An Alberta resident originally from Harbour Grace hasn't been seen in over a week, and police are looking for help to locate him.

According to a news release issued by Grande Prairie RCMP, Harold Osborne was reported missing on Monday, Dec. 18. He was last seen a week earlier on Dec. 11 in Grande Prairie.

The 47-year-old man, who is from the south side of Harbour Grace, is reportedly 5'10" and 189 pounds with blonde hair and hazel eyes.

Since information about Osborne's disappearance was first released, it's been suggested he could be in Fort St. John area of British Columbia. In a post shared Tuesday on Twitter, Fort St. John RCMP said that detail was only a rumour at this point.

Police in Grande Prairie are currently working to ensure his well being. Anyone with information to share about Osborne's whereabouts is asked contact the local RCMP detachment at 780-830-5700 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477. Anonymous tips can also be shared through www.tipsubmit.com.
