The good news is it will be another nice day today and again on Thursday.
But the bad news is after that we’re in for some rain and Environment Canada has issued a tropical cyclone advisory for all of Atlantic Canada for the weekend.
The tropical cyclone statement currently in effect says that Environment Canada is analysing the development of tropical storm Arthur.
The storm is east of Florida and may play a role in this weekend’s weather as it is expected to grow to hurricane intensity.
“At this point the likelihood is for an offshore track which would lead to a primarily ‘rain event’ over land,” reads the statement.
However, Environment Canada is not ruling out a direct impact.
