When the case of Joseph Rossiter was called in provincial court this morning, Crown prosecutor Tannis King told the judge that after reviewing the file, "there is no reasonable prospect of conviction."

As a result, single charges of possessing and distributing child pornography, which stemmed from March 2014, were withdrawn.

Rossiter, 34, wasn’t in the courtroom, but was represented by his lawyer Mike King.
