Between Feb. 4 and 9 Trinity Conception District RCMP responded to 92 complaints and calls for service from the citizens in the district.
Routine, everyday traffic enforcement duties are not included in that total.
The following is a sampling of investigations over the last week, which illustrate the kind of calls, received and identifies incidents the public can possibly help with by providing information.
Feb. 4 - A car had three of its tires slashed and the vehicle was scratched in a property damage incident in Heart's Delight.
A tire was slashed on a vehicle in another incident of property damage in that Trinity South town.

A Harbour Grace woman reported to the RCMP she had received a threat to cause death or bodily harm.
The 29-year-old woman told police a 34-year-old man from that Conception Bay town had threatened to kill her, and had assaulted her. RCMP arrested the accused, who is scheduled to appear in court April 5.
Feb. 5 - A 20-year-old Spaniard's Bay woman reported a 22-year-old Bay Roberts man had assaulted her Trinity Conception District RCMP later arrested the Bay Roberts man for assault and breach of probation.
He was scheduled to appear in court Monday, Feb. 15 to answer to the charges.
Trinity Conception District RCMP received a report that a 22-year-old Bay Roberts man had failed to report to the local detachment to serve an intermittent sentence. The defendant was
located and arrested for being unlawfully at large. Court is set for February 15.
Feb. 6 - An 11-year-old boy and a 37-year-old woman both from Jobs Cove were reportedly assaulted.
A 44-year-old man was arrested in this matter.
Court is set for March 16.
A 33-year-old man from Trenton, Nova Scotia was reported to be supplying liquor to minors in the area of Butlerville. The accused was located and issued a ticket for supplying liquor to minors.

As a Parent, What Can you Do?
limit the amount of time your adolescent spends online
Use filtering software (for more information, visit www.cybertip.ca
Monitor your adolescent while she/he is online; consider putting the computer in a common area (kitchen, family room, etc.) of your home.
despite appearing to be able to "handle" most situations, your adolescent requires and unconsciously seeks adult guidance
Know your adolescent's login information and email addresses.
What username or character names has your adolescent given him/herself? Does it provide identifying characteristics or information about him/her or his/her hobbies (shygirl, sexygirl14, etc.)?
Set the expectation that you will monitor your adolescent's online activities, as the internet is a public place
What should you talk to your adolescent about?
Know who your adolescent is communicating with online
Monitor webcam use and any posting or exchanging pictures online
Encourage open communication at home and be conscious of his/her sensitivity to social judgment. she/he may be hesitant to share personal experiences
