Is there any end to the senseless tirades of Frank Evely towards the Clarke's Beach town council?

Is there any end to the senseless tirades of Frank Evely towards the Clarke's Beach town council?

His latest, "New Clarke's Beach council receives first broadside,” published online at http://www.cbncompass.ca/ , is nothing short of ridiculous.

New Clarke’s Beach council receives first broadside

Does Frank think for one minute that residents of Clarke's Beach spend one second of time thinking about him and his tireless efforts to stir up the pot? I think we are all more than a little tired of hearing about Frank's grudges.

For the record, I have known Frank (I feel familiar enough with him to call him by his first name in fact). I have supported him in the past, believed in him, admired his qualifications, and respect him and his family very much.

But, the gig is up. Want to be effective, Frank? Start by buttoning up. It is generally felt that you are a sore loser, having been defeated in your bid to re-enter council a few months ago.

Finally, why does this weekly newspaper give him so much ink? I think if one looks back at past issues his name is frequently in the letters section. All of them, basically, bashing the council in office.

Please, Frank, understand that we residents who just elected our well-balanced council does not care about your whining anymore. So give it up and give them a chance. It is easy to be an armchair critic.

Try St. John's, Frank. God knows the council and residents there need a distraction to help them get by as they face "real snowclearing problems" daily, brought on by the worst winter in about 20 years. The same winter that our council is trying to dig out from.
