Easter Seals NL sledge hockey program hosting event in Harbour Grace

HARBOUR GRACE, NL – It’s being called a morning of inclusive fun playing Canada’s game.

Players with the Easter Seals Newfoundland and Labrador sledge hockey program will celebrate the end of the 2017-18 season this Sunday, April 15 by inviting pee wee and atom players from the CeeBees Minor Hockey Association to take to the ice at the Danny Cleary Community Centre in Harbour Grace.

During the event, players from both programs will have an opportunity to play together and the minor hockey players will get to try sledge hockey for the first time.

The Danny Cleary Harbour Grace Community Centre is one of the province’s fully accessible and sledge-ready facilities.
