HARBOUR GRACE, N.L.
Harbour Grace saw plenty of people show up for the Christmas parade this year.
On Sunday, Dec. 2, dozens of excited children and their parents lined Water Street in Harbour Grace to watch the community’s annual Christmas parade. The event featured floats from a number of local businesses and organizations, as well as some residents who had decorated their own floats and vehicles to take part in the fun.
Despite the wet snowfall that continued throughout the parade, some recognizable characters—as well as Santa Claus himself—made sure to make an appearance at the parade as well, some of whom even made their way to the sidewalks to give out candy to parade watchers.
The Compass attended the parade, with these photos to share.
