Torbay woman charged with break and enter at Lethbridge business

A 22-year-old Torbay woman is facing charges in connection with an alleged break and enter at a business in Lethbridge on Sept. 15.

According to a RCMP release, police officers responded to the scene at roughly 10:40 p.m.

Police say the woman was observed coming out of the business with stolen property before getting into a vehicle and leaving the area. The vehicle was stopped and the woman arrested.

The Packet has confirmed Lorna Ellis has been charged with breaking and entering, breach of probation and failure to comply with a recognizance.

Ellis has a bail hearing scheduled for Clarenville Provincial Court on Wednesday, Sept. 19.
