49 Every contract made when the men are strengthened, the commanders offload

The NFL trade deadline has arrived, and there was a flurry of moves on deadline day, especially on the defensive line.

The San Francisco 49ers made a huge trade for the Washington Commanders for pass rusher Chase Young, who will be reunited with his former Ohio State teammate Nick Bosa with the Niners.

Elsewhere, the Commanders also sent pass rusher Montes Sweat to the Chicago Bears. On Monday, the Seattle Seahawks also bolstered their pass rush by trading for Leonard Williams of the New York Giants.

A big name move could be Joshua Dobbs, who is going from the Arizona Cardinals to the Minnesota Vikings. The Detroit Lions, meanwhile, bolstered their wide receiver room by trading for Cleveland Browns receiver Donovan Peoples-Jones.
